He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you know exactly what’s going on. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly. He showed up on time, was super respectful of our home, and left everything clean when he finished. The quality of his work speaks for itself—everything is running perfectly now with our water tank. Thank you! 5 stars across the board!Posted on ChristianTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It took the company three months and a lot of time off work to deal with back-and-forth, but Elyas and Alex finally fixed my water heater. They were professional, skilled, and efficient. Truly impressed with their work, even if the company’s process was frustrating. I am giving a 5 Star for the two that got the job done.Posted on SabrinaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. He clearly explained what caused the problem and walked me through what needs to be replaced and why. The service was excellent, and he arrived right on time. Overall, a great experience.Posted on ThanusshanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Zack for the quick service!!!Posted on CharlesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our furnace didn’t start this morning, so I called Waze Home comfort. They showed up in less than an hour. The fault on the furnace was an intermittent one but they were able to diagnose it fairly quickly. The gave me a couple of different repair options ant th had the furnace repaired in less time than they estimated. Sam and Gavin were courteous efficient and left the work site clean.Posted on JohnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Conner was awesome. Not only did he fix the main burner issue, he took the time to correct the vent stack issue i had since the first install. This had resulted in condensation ruining my first unit, and it was still allowing moisture build up on the second unit. Not to mention possible CO2 leakage!! I appreciate the professionalism Conner exhibited.Posted on EdTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our heat pump wasn’t able to bring the temperature up properly, which was super frustrating. Connor came by and he was honestly really nice and easy to talk to. He helped fix a bunch of issues and even showed us how to adjust our Ecobee, which made a big difference. That said, the geothermal system itself has been pretty disappointing. If we actually want the temperature to go up, we basically have to turn on the aux heat (electric heating), and that makes the electricity bill shoot up when it’s cold. Connor was great, but the system itself… 0/5.Posted on LuvinkTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a good service, taking care of my hot water tank.
