Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our heat pump wasn’t able to bring the temperature up properly, which was super frustrating. Connor came by and he was honestly really nice and easy to talk to. He helped fix a bunch of issues and even showed us how to adjust our Ecobee, which made a big difference.
That said, the geothermal system itself has been pretty disappointing. If we actually want the temperature to go up, we basically have to turn on the aux heat (electric heating), and that makes the electricity bill shoot up when it’s cold.
