They also took the time to complete a thorough post-install walkthrough, ensuring we understood how everything worked and answering any remaining questions. Their attention to detail, along with quality assurance testing, provided reassurance that everything was working as expected.
The communication from the central office also stood out. Appointment reminders and updates were clear and timely, which contributed to a well-coordinated experience and reinforced a strong overall service approach.
