Key Responsibilities:
Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Accurately install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Diagnostic Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and rectify HVAC issues promptly, adhering to the highest industry standards.
Customer Service Excellence: Uphold the company’s ‘Red Carpet Treatment’ by providing exemplary customer service, understanding and addressing customer needs, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients.
Code Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with relevant local, state, and federal codes, and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Continuous Learning and Improvement: Engage in ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest in HVAC technology and best practices, contributing to the overall growth and excellence of our team.
Qualifications:
- Certification in HVAC from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of field experience, showcasing a strong track record in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proficient in using modern diagnostic tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Committed to continuous professional development and learning.
